DESCRIPTION:All Rajputana State Rapid & Blitz Chess Tournament 2018\n\nEntry fee can be deposited in -\nA/C No. of ADCA for online Mode of Payment\n-“ 071410001071” RTGS/ IFSC code “BKDN0710714”\nDena Bank\, Ajmer Branch (Rajasthan)\nThe last date of receipt of entry is 10 April 2018\nFree dormitory type of lodging will be provided by the organizers to First 50 Entry.\nSystem of play:\nThe RAPID Tournament and BLITZ Tournament shall be played under the FIDE Laws of Chess\nand the Swiss System\nTime Control\nRapid Tournament – Each Player will have 15 Minutes +10 seconds additional time per move\,\nstarting from move one.\nBlitz Tournament – Each player will have 3 Minutes +2 seconds additional time per move\, starting\nfrom move one. \n3\nTie Break\nFollowing is the order of the tie break:\n1. Direct encounter\n2. Buchholz cut 1\n3. Buchholz\n4. Sonneborn berger\n5. The greater number of wins (Forfeits Included)\nIn case of tie\, Cash prize will not be shared\nZero Tolerance: The “zero tolerance” rules will be followed (i.e.): “Any player who arrives at\nthe chessboard after the start of the session shall lose the game. Thus the default time is\nzero minutes.\nProtest:\nProtest\, if any\, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with a Protest fee of\nRs. 500/- within 30 minutes of the occurrence of the incident. The protest fee will be refunded\, if the\nappeal is upheld.\nAppeals Committee:\nBefore the commencement of the tournament\, a five member Appeals Committee shall be\nformed by the organizers.\nDisqualification:\nNo participant will leave the venue before the Prize Distribution function without the permission of\nthe Chief Arbiter. The participants disregarding the rule will be\nSuspended for one year.\nInterpretation:\nOn any point not covered under these rules\, the decision of the Tournament\nCommittee shall be final and binding on all. The Tournament Committee has every right to make any\naddition or amendment to these rules\, without notice. Such changes will\, however be displayed in\nthe tournament hall. \n
